baked pretzel chicken tenders

what you’ll need

  • 5 oz chicken breast, sliced thin

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tbs cornstarch

  • 35g pretzels

what to do

  • preheat oven to 325

  • get three small bowls

  • in the first bowl, beat the egg

  • in the second, add the cornstarch

  • in the third, add the crushed pretzels

  • dip each chicken tender in the egg, then cornstarch, then the into the pretzels

  • place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 min, flipping the tenders halfway

  • serve w honey mustard dipping sauce & garlic parmesan sweet potato fries
