LEMON FETA PAPPARDELLE

what you’ll need

  • 1 oz pappardelle noodles

  • 100 g broccoli

  • 20 g feta cheese

  • 10 g pistachios

  • arugula

  • juice from one lemon

  • black pepper & sea salt to taste

what to do

  • cook the pasta & broccoli

  • serve over arugula

  • top with feta, pistachios, lemon, salt & pepper
