maca chili crackers

these homemade crackers will have you dreaming about a good wine and cheese night with a glass of red wine and some nutty manchego cheese.

MACA CHILI CRACKERS

what you’ll need

makes about 60 crackers/10 servings

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • 1 tbs maca powder

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 egg

what to do

  • mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl

  • all the egg and mix until a dough forms

  • place the dough in between 2 pieces of parchment paper

  • use a rolling pin to roll out the dough thin

  • use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into little squares.

  • place the cracker dough on a pan with parchment paper and cook @ 400 for 10 minutes

  • allow to cool & enjoy
