lemon tahini salad dressing

think about this - a creamy, tangy, delicious salad dressing with only 95kcal & a whole 6g of protein that’ll have you eating bowls of spinach ( & you can trust me on this because that has been exactly what i have been doing for the past three days… )

all you’re gonna need is tahini, lemon and greek yogurt.

LEMON TAHINI SALAD DRESSING

what you’ll need

for one serving

  • 45g nf greek yogurt

  • 10g tahini

  • juice from half a lemon

  • sea salt & oregano to taste

what to do

  • in a small bowl, mix all ingredients.

  • you can throw this dressing over your favorite salad, or use carrots, peppers or crackers to dip

  • enjoy xx
