garlic parmesan sweet potato fries

who doesn’t love a good, crispy, garlicy cheesy fry?? these are incredibly easy to prepare and have so much flavor.

other than being mega tasty, sweet potatoes are an incredible source of complex carbohydrates, vitamin a and fiber, making them an excellent, nutritious addition to your diet.

what you’ll need

  • 100g sweet potato

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp truffle sea salt

what to do

  • slice the sweet potato into thin strips

  • in a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cheese and salt. mix altogether and then add the sweet potato and coat.

  • bake (or airfry) at 350 for 25-30 minutes, flipping the fries half way to ensure overall crispiness.
