avocado lime tilapia power bowl

full of lean protein, fiber and healthy fats, this is a super easy lunch to fill you up and keep you energized!!


what you’ll need

  • 1 filet tilapia

  • 1c black beans

  • 1c mixed greens

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 3 oz broccoli, steamed

  • 1/2 avocado

  • olive oil

  • salt & pepper, additional seasonings to taste ( i like using a variety of dried herbs )

  • lime

what to do

  • rub tilapia with olive oil, salt and pepper ( other seasonings if using )

  • air fry at 350 for 10-12min, until fully cooked

  • while cooking, add spinach, beans, steamed broccoli, bell pepper and avocado to a bowl. drizzle with olive oil and crack additional black pepper to taste. add fish and a squeeze of lime and enjoy
