high fiber chicken sandwich

super easy & tasty lunch or dinner that packs in a protein & fiber punch to keep you satisfied for hours

you will need

  • 3 slices daves killer bread, thin

  • 82g thin sliced chicken breast, baked with thyme & olive oil

  • 30g low fat cheddar / mozzarella mix

  • 30g avocado

  • stone ground dijon mustard

  • sautéed red onion

  • greens

what to do

  • lightly toast your bread on a hot pan & then remove 2 slices from heat

  • keep one slice on the stove , add the cheese

  • while melting, smash the avo on the second slice of bread.

  • on the third slice, spread the dijon & add the red onion & chicken breast

  • remove the cheese bread from the stove, and assemble

  • cheese / chicken / avo + greens

  • enjoy because it’s so delicious
