you will need
3 slices daves killer bread, thin
82g thin sliced chicken breast, baked with thyme & olive oil
30g low fat cheddar / mozzarella mix
30g avocado
stone ground dijon mustard
sautéed red onion
greens
what to do
lightly toast your bread on a hot pan & then remove 2 slices from heat
keep one slice on the stove , add the cheese
while melting, smash the avo on the second slice of bread.
on the third slice, spread the dijon & add the red onion & chicken breast
remove the cheese bread from the stove, and assemble
cheese / chicken / avo + greens
