chocolate covered orange slices

Ingredients
2 oranges, sliced thin
1/4c granulated sugar
90g dark chocolate
pink sea salt
Steps
dip each side of the orange slices in the sugar
dehydrate for 6h at 200 F
once done, melt your chocolate and dip half the orange into the chocolate
set on parchment paper, sprinkle with salt and chill in the fridge
