chocolate covered orange slices

makes 11 slices / 1g protein 12g carb 3g fat each

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, sliced thin

  • 1/4c granulated sugar

  • 90g dark chocolate

  • pink sea salt

Steps

  1. dip each side of the orange slices in the sugar

  2. dehydrate for 6h at 200 F

  3. once done, melt your chocolate and dip half the orange into the chocolate

  4. set on parchment paper, sprinkle with salt and chill in the fridge

  5. enjoy
