What you’ll need
360g rolled oats
135g chopped nuts
20g chia seed
15g brown sugar ( I used a substitute here for a lower overall sugar count!)
20g cocoa powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
160ml maple syrup
1/4c neutral oil
35g dark chocolate chunks
What to do
Preheat oven to 350 F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix all your dry ingredients, then stir in your wet ingredients. Mix well and spread on the baking sheet in a thin layer.
Bake for 25m, rotating the pan halfway through.
Allow to cool, then break apart. Enjoy!!
