Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Granola

It’s super easy to prepare and will leave your kitchen smelling phenomenal!


What you’ll need

  • 360g rolled oats

  • 135g chopped nuts

  • 20g chia seed

  • 15g brown sugar ( I used a substitute here for a lower overall sugar count!)

  • 20g cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 160ml maple syrup

  • 1/4c neutral oil

  • 35g dark chocolate chunks

What to do

  • Preheat oven to 350 F

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  • In a large bowl, mix all your dry ingredients, then stir in your wet ingredients. Mix well and spread on the baking sheet in a thin layer.

  • Bake for 25m, rotating the pan halfway through.

  • Allow to cool, then break apart. Enjoy!!
