high protein french toast
2 servings
4 slices butter bread
1 scoop whey
1/2c milk of choice ( used almond milk )
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs butter
cinnamon, nutmeg
maple syrup
fresh berries
in a pan, heat on low heat with butter
beat eggs, almond milk, vanilla
add whey, mix till smooth
dip bread into mixture
add to pan, cook til done
top with cinnamon, syrup & berries
