kimchi pork fried rice
what better way to save leftovers than with a delicious kimchi pork fried rice!
what you’ll need
160 g day old rice
4 oz cooked pork chop, cut into cubes
1/2c peas
1 carrot
1 clove garlic, smashed
1/4 c sliced yellow onion
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
soy sauce to taste
2 tbs kimchi
what to do
on medium heat, heat oil in skillet
add smashed garlic til fragrant, then add onion
after a few minutes, add peas and carrots. cook til carrots begin to soften
add rice, pork, spice and soy sauce. use a spatula to turn mixture frequently
once done, add to bowl.
top with kimchi.
