protein french toast

high protein french toast

2 servings

  • 4 slices butter bread

  • 1 scoop whey

  • 1/2c milk of choice ( used almond milk )

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbs butter

  • cinnamon, nutmeg

  • maple syrup

  • fresh berries

  1. in a pan, heat on low heat with butter

  2. beat eggs, almond milk, vanilla

  3. add whey, mix till smooth

  4. dip bread into mixture

  5. add to pan, cook til done

  6. top with cinnamon, syrup & berries

  7. enjoy
