high protein french toast
what you’ll need
2 slices of brioche bread
2 eggs
100g greek yogurt
1/2 scoop protein powder ( i used pancake batter flavor )
1 tsp vanilla
sprinkle of sea salt
1/2 tbs butter
fresh fruit
honey
what to do
in a medium sized bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt, vanilla and sea salt until smooth. then add in the protein powder and mix well
add the bread to the mixture and let soak for 3 - 5 minutes
heat a skillet over medium - low heat., then add the butter. once the butter has melted add the dipped bread and cook. be sure to flip the bread so both sides cook evenly
top with honey and fresh fruit.
