coconut rum iced latte

ever wondered how to make a latte at home without an espresso machine? look no further.

its actually super, super easy. you just need instant coffee and water to make “espresso” and some milk and flavoring to make it yummy. i made a little tutorial video here if you are interested in watching.

COCONUT RUM LATTE

what you’ll need

• 1 tbs instant coffee

• 1 tbs h2o

• 1/4 tsp coconut extract

• 1/4 tsp rum extract

• 1 c coconut milk

• ice

• coconut whipped cream & coconut flakes (optional)

what to do

• make “espresso” by combining instant coffee & h2o

• combine the rest of the ingredients in a glass

• pour “espresso” on top

• top with whipped cream& cocoflakes if using

• enjoyyy
