guava pancakes

IMG_3139.jpg

this easy, healthy, fluffy, five ingredient pancake recipe uses minimal ingredients and are seriously the fluffiest pancakes i have ever made

the combo of guava and banana gives these pancakes a super light, refreshing, tropical taste while the egg whites and greek yogurt add fluff and protein. i used gluten free all purpose flour, but you could totally use regular all purpose flour.
