GIANT PROTEIN CINNAMON ROLL

what you’ll need

for the dough

for the filling

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 tbs cinnamon

for the icing

  • 10g light cream cheese

  • splash of vanilla extract

what to do

  • make the dough by combining the listed ingredients. roll into a long strip. if the dough is sticky, put a little oil on your hands

  • mix the ingredients and place on the dough strip, then roll it up!

  • bake for 10m at 325 in a small oven safe bowl OR on a baking sheet. ( I like using the small bowl because it helps to get the perfect circular shape )

  • combine the cream cheese and vanilla and use as icing!
