sea salt chocolate chip cookies

these super delicious and nutritious sea salt chocolate chip cookies provide healthy fats from almond flour and added protein from collagen to support skin & hair health (so you do’t need to feel too bad about eating one too many)

they are chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, bursting with the perfect combination of flavor from melty dark chocolate and sea salt.


SEA SALT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

what you’ll need

makes 16 cookies

  • 1 c almond flour

  • 1/4 c oat flour

  • 1/4 c collagen

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbs coconut oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 c cane sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 5 tbs chocolate chips

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

what to do

  • in one bowl, combine the dry - almond & oat flour, collagen and baking powder.

  • in another bowl, combine the wet - oil, egg, vanilla and sugar. mix well.

  • slowly add the wet to the dry mixing well.

  • fold in the chocolate chips. add sea salt.

  • on an oiled cookie sheet, place dough in 1 tbs servings (the cookies will spread a little so leave space)

  • bake @ 325 for 15-20 minutes
