pear + prosciutto panini

what you’ll need

  • one naan flatbread

  • 1/2 pear, sliced thin

  • 3 slices prosciutto

  • 1 oz goat cheese

  • handful of spinach

  • drizzle balsamic vinegar

what to do

  • place the pear, crumbled goat cheese and prosciutto on one half of the flat bread. then drizzle balsamic vinegar and lay down your spinach. fold the flatbread in half and cook in a panini press until done :-)
